Neysha & Kyle’s rustic-themed summer wedding at Stonehurst at Hampton Valley was beautiful! Stonehurst is a fairly new barn wedding venue on 90 acres of land in the “quiet corner” of Connecticut. What was once an alpaca farm is now a beautiful stone mansion and majestic barn, designed to hold up to 299 wedding guests.
I’ve been dying to photograph a wedding at Stonehurst ever since I saw the foundation being built. Just the blueprints had me excited for this wedding venue’s potential. When you see Stonehurst, it’s evident that a lot of considerate planning went into the design of this venue. The layout is a wedding photographer’s dream. Every angle and shrub is perfectly placed to create the best possible vista for wedding portraits.
